Hello!

My name is Jennifer Dukes, and I am one of the Center Managers for Matrix Head Start – Care Village Center.  I have been in the Head Start for 35 years and have held several positions including being a parent serving on the Policy Council. I have a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Education. I am here to assist children in reaching the school readiness goals set by the agency as well as provide resources to assist families in reaching their goals.
